Why Choose an All-in-One Payment and EPOS Solution?
Why Choose an All-in-One Payment and EPOS Solution?
In 2026, a card machine that just takes payments isn’t an asset; it’s a missed opportunity. For many business owners, the daily grind involves a constant battle between a basic till and a separate card terminal. This manual dance leads to miskeyed amounts, reconciliation headaches, and a complete lack of real-time sales visibility.
At Paymentplus, we believe in a different approach. We don’t just provide hardware, we diagnose the inefficiencies that hold your business back and solve them. How do we do this? Through PlusPOS, our brand new all in one payment and epos solution designed specifically for local Irish businesses whether you operate in retail, food and beverage, or service sectors.
Eliminate Manual Errors and Save Counter Space
If you are currently juggling a standalone till and a card machine, you are likely all too familiar with the human error of manual entry. When a staff member has to re-type a total into a card terminal, mistakes are inevitable.
A “miskey” can be devastating for your margins. PlusPOS eliminates this friction by unifying your entire checkout process into one smart portable device. The price on the screen is the price the customer pays, every single time.
By switching to an integrated epos system, you save valuable counter space while gaining total control over:
• Cash and card reconciliation with no more manual entry
• Refunds, discounts, and part payments
• Table and tab management for smooth floor operations
• Digital tipping with detailed reporting by specific user
Gain Business Clarity with Advanced Reporting
PlusPOS’s live back-office portal is a game-changer to your business. PlusPOS removes the guesswork by providing powerful live web reporting via a multi user online portal, allowing you to access insights on any device, anywhere.
Our reporting suite helps you answer the critical questions that drive profitability:
• What are my top performing products? Identify your bestsellers and optimise your inventory or menu accordingly.
• What is my card vs cash transaction breakdown? Simplify your end of day balancing with a clear split of how your customers are paying.
• How are discounts impacting my margins? Track discount summaries to ensure promotions are working for you, not against you.
• How is staff performance? Use real time product summaries to see exactly what is happening at the point of sale.
Secure Access and Simplified Accounting
Managing a team and your finances requires granular control. With PlusPOS, you can manage user access rights to ensure security and accountability as your team grows.
This level of control extends to your back office too. You can even give your accountant a specific login, allowing them to download necessary Excel files and reports for bookkeeping without giving them access to see or change anything else in your system. This saves you hours of manual admin and keeps your data secure.
Transparent Value Without the “Upgrade Trap”
Many epos providers in the market lure businesses in with a low base price, only to charge extra for every essential feature or force you into expensive upgrades as your business grows.
At Paymentplus, we do things differently to our competitors. We don’t charge for extra features, and we won’t force you to upgrade your plan just to access the tools you need to run your business. From product management to advanced reporting, you get the full power of PlusPOS from day one with solutions starting from just €15.
Future Proof Your Business Growth
If your business is simple but expanding, PlusPOS is the solution for you.
Moving to an integrated solution isn’t just about changing how you take money. It is about gaining the efficiency you need to focus on your customers and your long term vision.
